Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students as a Hybrid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) near Peoria, AZ. This flexible contract role blends on-site and virtual service delivery, empowering you to create a positive impact in school settings. Those with pediatric experience or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status are welcomed, and a bilingual skillset is highly valued by the school team.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current or eligible for SLP-CCC; Clinical Fellowship Year candidates are encouraged to apply
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain before starting
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Bilingual proficiency preferred but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work a minimum of 2 days per week on-site (4 days preferred), with the remainder of hours delivered virtually
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services aligned with students’ IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and service teams
- Document services and maintain records in compliance with school and legal standards
- Participate in meetings and professional development as needed
- Foster an inclusive, engaging learning environment for all students
