Required Experience & Credentials:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license for Michigan
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Previous experience in schools or working with autism spectrum populations preferred
- Commitment to providing services onsite (remote/virtual roles not available)
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 40–55 students within an ASD-focused educational setting
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services and complete required documentation
- Develop IEPs, conduct evaluations, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for individualized student support
- Monitor progress and make data-driven recommendations for programming
