What You'll Bring:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license (Virginia or eligibility for licensure)
  • School-based OT experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff

What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate and assess students’ occupational therapy needs within the school setting

  • Collaborate with educators and families to integrate OT strategies into the curriculum
  • Assist with IEP meetings and provide recommendations to the educational team
  • Manage documentation and progress reporting in accordance with school and federal guidelines
  • Potentially travel between multiple schools as needed
