Job Description

Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts OT credential required
- Experience with school-based OT, COTA, and/or home health OT preferred
- Solid understanding of K-12 developmental needs and IEP processes
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Must demonstrate compassion, adaptability, and professionalism
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students in alignment with IEP goals
- Evaluate students’ functional abilities and develop targeted, measurable treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, family members, and educational staff to support students’ learning and participation
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed for ongoing student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and insight
- Educate staff and families on OT strategies and accommodations within the school setting
You will work full-time, Monday through Friday, with a 35-hour workweek from September 2026 through June 2027, allowing you to make a meaningful impact throughout the school year.
