\nSummary:\n
\n
\nThe Strategic Account Development Representative is responsible for driving new business opportunities within the data center sector across North America. This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships with decision-makers to position our solutions as the preferred choice.\n
\n
\nResponsibilities:\n
\n
\nIdentify using Zoominfo and other prospecting tools and engage potential clients across North America. Perform outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to prospect each of these potential clients\n
\nSchedule qualified meetings with decision-makers based off of prospecting above.\n
\nEnsure smooth handoff to Subject Matter Expert (SME) and BDMs for each opportunity.\n
\nUsing consultative approach to uncover pain points and business needs for the targeted clients.\n
\nBuild strong relationships with prospects to create trust and position the company as a strategic partner.\n
\nEducate prospects on GDI and Ainsworth solutions to determine the pain point for each prospect\n
\nExecute targeted campaigns and implement email campaigns to the data center industry.\n
\nMaintain up-to-date and accurate records of all prospect interactions, appointments, and pipeline stages in D365.\n
\n
\nQualifications:\n
\n
\n2+ years of inside sales or business development experience (preferably in B2B or technical environments) with Commercial Facilities Services vertical.\n
\nFamiliarity with GMP, data center operations, or critical environment standards is a plus.\n
\nStrong communication and consultative selling skills.\n
\nProficiency in CRM systems (D365 or similar).\n
\nSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\n
\n
