• Monitor and track all surgical instruments and ensure their proper sterilization before and after procedures
• Participate in pre-operative and post-operative room turnover to maintain a sterile environment
• Document relevant procedural information promptly and accurately
• Collaborate closely with the surgical team to create a safe, efficient environment for patients and staff
