Deliver exceptional care to newborns and their families in a dynamic Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This contract position calls for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in NICU care, where your clinical expertise and commitment make a difference every day.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current, unrestricted RN license
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Level III or IV NICU
  • BLS and NRP certifications required
  • Proficient in neonatal assessments, IV therapy, medication administration, and ventilator management
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Compassionate with families, providing education and emotional support
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with critically ill infants

Schedule & Hours:

  • Flexible schedule with day and night shifts available, depending on current unit needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct, evidence-based nursing care to neonates in critical and intensive settings
  • Monitor patient status, recognizing and responding to complications or changes swiftly
  • Collaborate closely with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and NICU teams to optimize outcomes
  • Educate and support parents on care procedures, discharge planning, and infant development
  • Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records in compliance with regulatory and safety standards
  • Participate in ongoing education, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives

$2,149 - $2,274/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
