Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Massachusetts state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
Prior experience supporting K-12 students in a school setting strongly preferred
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to collaborative, student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs
Advocate for students’ communication development and educational access
