Job Description

This contract opportunity offers a balanced hybrid schedule—three days onsite and two remote—with a manageable caseload of 50-60 students. The assignment spans the academic year from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027.
Qualifications:
- Valid and active School Psychologist Certification in Texas
- Previous experience supporting K-12 students preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, counseling, and collaboration
- Familiarity with state and federal special education laws and procedures
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively both on-site and remotely as part of a hybrid team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations for students across multiple grade levels
- Develop evidence-based interventions and behavior support plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster positive educational outcomes
- Provide direct counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
- Contribute to IEP/ARD meetings and deliver clear, insightful reports
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
