Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure (required)
• Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary school teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to provide services across various grade levels (K-12)
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to eligible students in accordance with IEPs and school policies
• Assess students’ functional performance and develop individualized intervention plans
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress and accommodations
• Document evaluations, progress reports, and treatment notes accurately and timely
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
• Adapt therapy approaches for diverse caseloads and multiple school sites
