Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years NICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Recent experience in a hospital NICU setting
- Competency with neonatal assessment and interventions
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within multidisciplinary teams
- Capability to respond rapidly and remain composed under pressure
- Ability to document thoroughly and accurately in electronic health records
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns
- Monitor vital signs, provide respiratory and nutritional support, and administer medications
- Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate and support parents and families about infant conditions, procedures, and developmental care
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment, adhering to policies and infection control protocols
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best NICU practices

$2,149 - $2,274/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
