Support students in an ASD-focused environment, working onsite and making a meaningful impact on their communication and learning journeys. Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist license with certificate of clinical competence (CCC).
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred.
- Skilled in working with students diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities.
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment for diverse learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve a caseload of approximately 40–55 students within an ASD setting.
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to student strengths and needs.
- Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions onsite.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and families to support student progress.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, progress notes, and reporting in accordance with school and state guidelines.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to student support planning.
