School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Warren, Michigan

Step into a rewarding role providing speech-language services to students in an ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) setting for the 2026–2027 academic year. You’ll collaborate on-site with educational teams and help shape communication outcomes for a group of 40–55 students. Three positions are available, offering the chance to work alongside other dedicated experts.

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Prior experience supporting school-aged children
• Ability to design and implement individualized education programs for students with ASD
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screening, assessment, and evaluation of students for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services in small group and individual settings
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary education teams
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports for each student
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision making
