Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with high school-age students is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Solid understanding of IEP process, assessments, and crisis intervention
• Ability to develop evidence-based interventions and recommendations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to identify students’ needs
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Design and implement intervention strategies for academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
• Promote positive school climate and mental health awareness through proactive involvement
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and legal standards
