What we’re seeking:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification as required by state guidelines
• Experience delivering in-person instructional and case management services in a school setting
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and compliance
• Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with students, families, and staff
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive educational environment

Duties include:

• Delivering specialized instruction and support in the classroom, with a focus on student growth and achievement
• Conducting assessments, collecting data, and reporting progress toward IEP goals
• Collaborating with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Managing and documenting caseloads in compliance with state and federal requirements
• Participating in IEP meetings and school-based team discussions
• Providing support and guidance to students as they navigate academic and social-emotional challenges

Assignments include:

• Middle School Special Educator positions at two different schools, both emphasizing strong collaboration—one with an existing remote Case Coordinator
• High School Special Educator role involving both direct services and case management
