What we’re seeking:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification as required by state guidelines
- Experience delivering in-person instructional and case management services in a school setting
- Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and compliance
- Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with students, families, and staff
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive educational environment
Duties include:
- Delivering specialized instruction and support in the classroom, with a focus on student growth and achievement
- Conducting assessments, collecting data, and reporting progress toward IEP goals
- Collaborating with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Managing and documenting caseloads in compliance with state and federal requirements
- Participating in IEP meetings and school-based team discussions
- Providing support and guidance to students as they navigate academic and social-emotional challenges
Assignments include:
- Middle School Special Educator positions at two different schools, both emphasizing strong collaboration—one with an existing remote Case Coordinator
- High School Special Educator role involving both direct services and case management
