Duration: The program lasts one year, providing extensive support and training to help new nurses navigate their first year in practice and prepare them for a lasting and fulfilling professional career.
\n\nOpportunities: We provide new graduate placement within the following departments:

- Cardiac \n
- Critical Care/ICU Stepdown \n
- Critical Care/Medical ICU \n
- Emergency Department \n
- Labor & Delivery \n
- Medical Surgical \n
- Medical/Telemetry \n
- Mother/Baby \n
- Neuro \n
- NICU \n
- Observation \n
- Oncology \n
- Ortho \n
Eligibility:
\n- \n
- Required Experience - 12 months or less of nursing experience \n
- Required Education - Nursing Degree from an accredited school \n
- License – Temporary Nursing Arkansas license or nursing compact license \n
- Certifications – Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association \n
