Key Qualifications:

  • Active and valid BCBA certification
  • State licensure to practice as a BCBA (or eligibility)
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based behavioral practice

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design effective behavior intervention plans
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to school staff and paraprofessionals on implementing interventions
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Serve as a resource for best practices in behavioral supports within the school community
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with district and regulatory standards
