Qualifications and Experience:

• Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric speech therapy
• Knowledge of IEP processes, documentation, and goal-setting for students
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, individually and in small groups
• Evaluate, diagnose, and document a range of communication disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored for each student’s unique needs
• Consult with educators and parents to support students’ academic and social participation
• Monitor progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Advocate for student needs, helping to foster an inclusive learning environment
