Job Description
Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in a dynamic school environment as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This position welcomes experienced SLP-CCCs as well as Clinical Fellows (CFY), offering a chance to grow your skills while making a meaningful impact on young learners. You’ll work closely with educators and families to address speech, language, and communication needs for a diverse caseload.
Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current or eligibility for SLP licensure (CCC or CFY track)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech services
- Background in teletherapy and traditional settings is a plus
- Strong collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Passion for supporting children from various backgrounds
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students, both in-person and/or via teletherapy as assigned
- Manage a caseload typically ranging from 45-50 students
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans based on student goals and IEPs
- Maintain accurate records of progress, therapy notes, and required documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and report findings to parents and staff
- Offer guidance and resources to teachers and families
