Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Wilmington, NC

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Current or eligibility for SLP licensure (CCC or CFY track)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech services
• Background in teletherapy and traditional settings is a plus
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Passion for supporting children from various backgrounds

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students, both in-person and/or via teletherapy as assigned
• Manage a caseload typically ranging from 45-50 students
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans based on student goals and IEPs
• Maintain accurate records of progress, therapy notes, and required documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and report findings to parents and staff
• Offer guidance and resources to teachers and families
