Senior Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist | On-Site | Metairie, LA | Direct Hire Location: Metairie, Louisiana (On-Site) Salary: $90,000/year + bonus opportunity Direct-Hire Join Our Client’s Team as a Senior Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist to join their team in Metairie, Louisiana. This is an outstanding opportunity for an insurance professional with strong commercial lines expertise who enjoys working directly with producers and carrier partners to develop competitive placement strategies and deliver exceptional client outcomes. In this role, you will manage the placement and renewal of a well-established $1MM commission book of business, negotiate with carriers, and provide technical guidance on commercial insurance solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled negotiator, and relationship builder with extensive commercial lines experience. What You'll Do as a Senior Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist: Manage marketing efforts for new and renewal commercial insurance business Partner with producers to develop coverage strategies and placement options Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure competitive terms, pricing, and coverage solutions Maintain strong relationships with carrier underwriters and market representatives Analyze submissions and recommend appropriate coverage solutions for clients Track marketing activity and ensure timely follow-up on all submissions Provide technical guidance regarding underwriting trends and insurance market conditions Support client retention through effective placement and renewal strategies Review carrier proposals and assist with coverage comparisons Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support Required/Preferred Qualifications for a Senior Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required 5+ years of experience in commercial lines marketing, placement, or account management Strong knowledge of insurance carriers, underwriting processes, and commercial insurance markets Experience working with middle-market and/or large commercial accounts Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office applications Experience in Southern or Gulf Coast insurance markets preferred Established carrier relationships preferred What is Offered as a Senior Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist: Base salary of $90,000 annually Bonus opportunity based on retention and team performance Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution Employer-paid Group Life Insurance Paid time off and company holidays Gym membership reimbursement Professional and collaborative team environment Opportunity to work with a well-established commercial book of business Career growth and professional development opportunities If you are interested & qualified, please apply today!
