Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Ridgeland, SC

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active SLP state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start date
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with elementary-age students in a school environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet the diverse needs of students

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary school students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) according to student needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
• Offer consultation, resources, and support for teachers and parents regarding student communication needs
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
