What you’ll bring:
- Valid SLP MA certification
- Background in pediatric speech-language pathology, preferably in school-based settings
- Strong clinical skills; SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates are both welcome
- Experience with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Ability to support the unique needs of K-12 students from various backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
Role responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students across grade levels
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services, both in-person and virtually
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Offer guidance and mentorship to SLP-CFYs if applicable
