Job Description
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary-aged students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Key Qualifications:
- Valid Indiana SLP license or certification is required
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-based speech therapy (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY welcome)
- Deep understanding of communication disorders common in children
- Capability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary educational team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments, therapy, and intervention plans for students in 5th grade as well as elementary overflow
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation of services and progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support student goals
- Participate in parent meetings, case conferences, and school team discussions
- Supervise or mentor clinical fellows (CFY) if applicable
