Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants
  • Experience in educational settings preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong understanding of IEP process and progress monitoring
  • Efficient time management, organization, and verbal/written communication skills
  • Able to cultivate positive relationships with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
  • Provide direct therapy to students in group and individual settings
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Track and report student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Support generalization of communication strategies in educational contexts
  • Consult with teachers and parents to support students’ success
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation in accordance with school and compliance standards
