Job Description

This is a contract opportunity for two dedicated professionals interested in supporting a diverse pediatric caseload. Whether you are an experienced SLP or completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), your expertise is welcomed to help students reach their potential through in-person or teletherapy services.
Your expertise will be essential in developing speech and language skills among students, collaborating with school staff and families, and ensuring individualized support tailored to each student’s needs.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; applications also accepted from Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Valid or eligible for appropriate state licensure as an SLP
- Experience in school-based settings, pediatrics, and/or teletherapy delivery models highly valued
- Ability to work with diverse student populations and engage collaboratively with educators and families
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct therapy services, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate records and monitor student progress
- Participate in student support meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
