We are seeking experienced and early-career SLPs interested in making a difference in a school-based setting. Openings are available across multiple programs, including therapeutic day schools, preschools, and specialized support environments.

This contract position offers dynamic experiences supporting students from early childhood through adolescence, sharpening your clinical skills and broadening your expertise in a collaborative educational environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Current licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois
  • Experience in school settings, pediatrics, or teletherapy strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and case management skills
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and instructional staff to create and implement IEPs
  • Deliver services through in-person or teletherapy models
  • Engage caregivers in student progress and support strategies
  • Maintain thorough and timely progress notes and reports
