Job Description
Step into a dynamic role supporting students’ communication growth with a full-time teletherapy opportunity dedicated to PreK-5th grade learners! As a bilingual (Spanish-English) speech-language pathologist, you will provide virtual support to approximately 20-25 students, delivering targeted interventions and comprehensive evaluations within an engaging school-based setting.

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP state licensure and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP), with credentials for telepractice
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
- Direct experience in school settings, especially PreK-5th grades, preferred
- Strong skills in administering speech/language evaluations and developing tailored IEPs
- Well-versed in utilizing digital platforms for remote assessment, intervention, and communication
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 20-25 students, focusing on individualized speech/language therapy virtually
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments in both Spanish and English
- Develop, implement, and review IEPs in coordination with educational teams and families
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff for student progress and program alignment
- Document session notes, progress, and assessment results promptly and accurately
- Engage families to foster student success and active participation
