What we’re looking for:

• Active BCBA certification
• Prior experience as a BCBA, preferably in school settings (middle or high school ideal)
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment tools and intervention development
• Skilled communicator with students, staff, and families
• Adaptable with enthusiasm for new environments and teams

What you’ll do:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and design adaptive intervention plans for students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement evidence-based strategies
