Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Greenfield, MA

In this role, you’ll work with either a middle school or high school caseload and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams. Each day, you’ll play a critical role in developing and implementing effective behavioral interventions that foster positive outcomes for students—making a direct impact in their educational and personal growth.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience working with middle or high school-aged students, especially within a school environment
• Strong knowledge of functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
• Skill in collaborating with teachers, related service providers, and families
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments for assigned students
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to school staff and families on best practices in behavior support
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing behavioral expertise to student plans
