We’re seeking two dedicated BCBA professionals to support students with diverse learning needs, offering you the flexibility of both full-time and part-time contract opportunities.
In this role, you’ll work with either a middle school or high school caseload and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams. Each day, you’ll play a critical role in developing and implementing effective behavioral interventions that foster positive outcomes for students—making a direct impact in their educational and personal growth.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with middle or high school-aged students, especially within a school environment
- Strong knowledge of functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
- Skill in collaborating with teachers, related service providers, and families
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments for assigned students
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to school staff and families on best practices in behavior support
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate student progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing behavioral expertise to student plans
