Step into a rewarding contract opportunity where you’ll provide essential speech-language services within a supportive school setting. This full-time position offers a consistent schedule, stretching from August 24 through June 2, 2027, and entails 37.5 hours each week. As the dedicated SLP for an engaging group of students, you’ll focus on an elementary caseload with a handful of secondary students, totaling about 40-50 students overall.

Utilize your expertise to deliver impactful therapy, conduct evaluations, and contribute meaningfully during team meetings. This role is onsite only, ensuring you’ll form valuable connections with students and staff alike in a collaborative educational environment.

Qualifications:

  • Current Minnesota SLP license (please be ready to provide a copy or screenshot during the application process)
  • SLP-CCC certification required
  • Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with both elementary and secondary age groups
  • Strong skills in therapy planning, evaluation, and participating in IEP/eligibility meetings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for a diverse student population
  • Perform evaluations to determine student needs and progress
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and coordinate with educators and parents
  • Document interventions and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
