Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations using a variety of assessment tools
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student development
- Develop, implement, and review individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services for students
- Participate in multi-disciplinary teams and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
- Consult with staff and families on behavior management strategies and crisis intervention
- Maintain clear documentation in compliance with state and district policies
- Support a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
- Current eligibility for School Psychologist certification in Illinois
- Experience working in K-8 educational settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of assessment, data interpretation, and intervention planning
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
