Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations using a variety of assessment tools
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student development
  • Develop, implement, and review individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct counseling and intervention services for students
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary teams and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
  • Consult with staff and families on behavior management strategies and crisis intervention
  • Maintain clear documentation in compliance with state and district policies
  • Support a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Current eligibility for School Psychologist certification in Illinois
  • Experience working in K-8 educational settings preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of assessment, data interpretation, and intervention planning
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to supporting diverse student populations
