Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Kenner, Louisiana

Step into a rewarding school-based contract opportunity providing essential behavioral support services to students throughout the New Orleans area! Licensed and credentialed Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are sought for a full-time assignment for the upcoming academic year. You’ll collaborate closely with administrators, teachers, and families, using your expertise to help students achieve greater independence and success.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, valid BCBA credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• State-issued Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential through the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board
• Prior school-based experience strongly preferred
• Ability to pass a district-required drug screen and fingerprint background check, in addition to standard credentialing processes

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop data-driven intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, school leaders, and caregivers to implement individualized programs
• Monitor student progress, adapting strategies as needed
• Provide training and behavioral consultation to school staff
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation as per district requirements

You’ll work a full-time schedule (Monday–Friday, 35 hours per week, following the school calendar) from early August through late May. Your assignment includes collaboration across multiple school sites, with caseloads and specific locations determined prior to your start date.
