Job Description

This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) is perfect for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist with their CCC who thrives in a school-based environment. Ideal candidates will bring:
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Credentials to practice as an SLP in a school setting
- Previous experience or enthusiasm for delivering services to K-12th grade students
- Strong skills in conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and leading therapy
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities when working with students, families, and school teams
- Organizational skills to manage multiple caseloads and document progress effectively
You’ll be responsible for:
- Evaluating and diagnosing communication and swallowing disorders among K-12 students
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective intervention strategies
- Writing comprehensive reports and contributing to IEP meetings
- Delivering direct therapy, both individual and group, tailored to each student’s needs
- Monitoring student progress and making instructional adjustments as needed
- Providing resources and training to educators and family members
