Help empower student growth as a contract Occupational Therapist, providing direct support to students from PreK through 8th grade in a dynamic educational setting near Glendale, AZ. This full-time, onsite opportunity offers the chance to make a real difference by implementing occupational therapy services tailored to support diverse learning needs across several age groups.

Key Qualifications:

• Active state Occupational Therapy license
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (must be current and submitted with application)
• Previous experience working in school environments strongly preferred
• Skill in collaborating with staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to evaluate and develop interventions for a varied pediatric caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in PreK-8th grade
• Conduct assessments, develop student-centered goals, and create individualized intervention plans
• Collect data to monitor student progress and adjust plans accordingly
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and caregivers to integrate strategies into the classroom
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations for accommodations and modifications
