Physical Therapist

Our organization, located in Grand Junction, CO, is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to deliver tailored rehabilitation services to seniors within our skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will:

• Evaluate residents' functional capabilities.
• Create and execute personalized treatment plans.
• Assist residents in enhancing their mobility, strength, and overall independence.
