Job Description

A contract opportunity is open for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to work onsite with elementary students. This position offers the chance to collaborate with dedicated educational teams and make meaningful contributions to student success.
This assignment runs from August 3, 2026, through May 28, 2027, and entails standard school hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. You’ll be based onsite, working directly with students at the elementary level, managing a caseload of approximately 50 students.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLP state license and educator certificate required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting, preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication skills, both with students and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensure holistic support for students
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations
- Monitor and report on student progress
