Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain state SLP licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not required; Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcome to apply
- Experience in pediatrics and/or school-based practice desired
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Dedication to providing evidence-based, culturally responsive services
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language assessment, intervention, and therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other school professionals
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student planning processes
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all school and state requirements
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
