Qualifications:

• Active Maryland SLP license required
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not mandatory
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
• Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized intervention plans tailored to each student's needs
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements
• Engage in school programs and multi-disciplinary team meetings as needed
