\n*Requirements*\n

\n1+ years’ experience in culinary/food, retail or hospitality industry\n
\n
\n1+ years’ experience in a leadership position with experience training new hires\n
\n
\nSupportive of a positive, inclusive work environment\n
\n
\nDemonstrated ability to hold people accountable\n
\n
\nAbility to troubleshoot and problem-solve with minimal supervision\n
\n
\nA demonstrated enthusiasm for coffee & farm-to-fork food and/or a desire to learn\n
\n
\nStrong attention to detail\n
\n
\nAbility to communicate clearly and multi-task with ease\n
\n
