Answer telephone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner
Determine which requests need to be directed to supervisors or team members
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain staff calendars
Arrange and prepare materials for staff meetings and other events
Take notes and minutes during meetings
Prepare communications and documents such as memos, emails, invoices, and correspondence
Research and book travel arrangements for staff members
Complete and submit expense reports
Respond to procedural requests as needed
Create and maintain an organized filing system
Process and distribute incoming email correspondence
Generate and analyze reports when applicable
Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs or customer requirements
Required Skills
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Additional Skills & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
Two to four years of administrative experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred
In-office presence 3 to 4 days per week; this role is not remote
