Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or the ability to obtain
  • School-based experience preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds considered
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across various age groups and developmental levels
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Document student progress and maintain thorough compliance records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, families, and educators
