Step into an impactful role supporting preschoolers with their speech and language development! This full-time, contract opportunity is ideal for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) who enjoys providing both assessments and therapy in a school setting.

You'll work with a manageable caseload of 16 preschool students, conducting comprehensive evaluations and targeted therapy sessions to help young learners reach their communication milestones. In addition, you'll contribute to a few districtwide bilingual assessments, allowing you to broaden your expertise and collaborate with a diverse educational community.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience with school-based speech therapy and preschool populations preferred
  • Comfort performing both assessments and therapy
  • Knowledge of bilingual assessment processes is a plus
  • Strong communication and record-keeping skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete preschool speech and language assessments
  • Deliver individualized and group therapy as needed
  • Maintain concise, timely documentation in line with district standards
  • Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and support staff
  • Conduct a limited number of bilingual assessments for the district
  • Provide professional input during multidisciplinary team meetings
