Job Description
Bring your expertise in school psychology to an engaging, supportive high school environment for the upcoming academic year. This full-time, onsite contract role begins August 24, 2026, and concludes on June 10, 2027, with a consistent schedule of 35 hours each week, working from 7:15AM to 2:45PM, Monday through Friday. The position focuses on serving a high school caseload, supporting students within a vibrant urban district.
You’ll conduct evaluations, assessments, and work directly with students and staff to ensure a positive educational experience. The district requires a committed in-person presence five full days per week, so reliable transportation and comfort with urban school environments are essential.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania state certification and licensure in school psychology
- Prior experience in a school setting, preferably at the high school level
- Demonstrated success in evaluations and student assessments
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
- Experience working within urban districts and an understanding of diverse student populations
- Ability to complete all required Pennsylvania clearances prior to start date
- Comfortable working fully onsite without scheduling accommodations
- Reliable transportation for timely arrival each day
