Qualifications:
- Current California Occupational Therapy License (CA OT License) required
- Prior experience working with K-8 students in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists

- Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards in school environments
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and deliver occupational therapy services tailored to individual student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in coordination with the multidisciplinary team
- Collaborate with teachers, aides, and parents to support classroom inclusion
- Document student progress and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with school and state regulations
- Provide consultative support and strategies to staff and families
- Engage students through creative and evidence-based activities to promote fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living skills
