Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Zimmerman, Minnesota

Step into a dynamic school-based environment as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time, contract position offers 40 hours per week across 5 days, giving you the chance to support elementary students in one welcoming school setting near Zimmerman, MN.

Put your passion for pediatric speech therapy to work by providing expert evaluations, collaborating on IEP meetings, and delivering small group or individualized services. Whether you're an SLP with CCC, a Clinical Fellow in your CFY year, or have specialized school-based pediatric experience, your expertise will make a lasting impact on students’ communication and learning success.

Key Qualifications:

• Minnesota SLP license required
• Experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Open to SLPs with CCC, those completing CFY, and those with a school focus
• Comfortable managing an elementary caseload
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for elementary-aged students
• Participate in IEP meetings, working closely with educators and families
• Design and implement targeted intervention plans for small groups and individual students
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth and achievement
