You will support early childhood through 2nd-grade students, aiding their development and maximizing their potential each day from 7:55 am to 2:55 pm, Monday through Friday. The school year runs from August 17th to June 3rd, providing a structured, predictable schedule that allows you to plan travel and relaxation around your assignment.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Illinois (required)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Passion for supporting children in Early Childhood, Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade
• COTA certification is not eligible for this position

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services to a diverse caseload of elementary-aged students
• Assess and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s needs
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school guidelines
