\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our firm. You should have a passion for seeking justice for those who have been injured. You will be responsible for providing injured clients with the legal advice required to successfully win compensation.\n
\n
\n*Your Responsibilities Will Include:*\n
\n
\n* Providing legal support and guidance\n
\n* Advising clients on the best behavior\n
\n* Meeting with clients\n
\n* Finding ethical solutions to legal matters\n
\n* Communicating with clients to understand their legal concerns and needs to help provide them with essential pieces of advice\n
\n* Strategizing on how to resolve the clients’ cases in a favorable manner\n
\n* Enlightening clients about legal options and making them know the possible outcomes or threats\n
\n* Developing ideal arguments and representing clients in civil legal proceedings\n
\n* Staying informed about any current legislation\n
\n* Building trustworthy relationships with clients\n
\n* Preparing legal documents such as dispositions, pleadings and contracts in a timely and accurate manner\n
\n* Assisting clients with the execution of agreements\n
\n
\nRequirements\n
\n
\n*The ideal candidate will have:*\n
\n
\n* Professionalism and prioritization of client customer service and representation\n
\n* Must have knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures.\n
\n* Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n
\n* Adaptable and comfortable in fast paced environment\n
\n* Litigation experience in Personal Injury\n
\n
\n*Education:*\n
\n
\n* JD required\n
\n* Barred in the State of Position\n
\n
\n*Experience:*\n
\n
\n* 4 years’ experience in Personal Injury Law\n
\n* Management experience a plus\n
\n* Must have experience answering discovery, trial, and mediation preparation.\n
\n* Auto Accident and Premises Liability Cases required.\n
\n
