Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Active SLP license with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Previous experience in a school-based environment is highly valued
• Demonstrated ability to supervise SLPAs and provide mentorship
• Proficiency in conducting detailed speech-language assessments and delivering clear reports
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise onsite SLPAs, ensuring the highest standards of service and compliance
• Administer comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and parents to update and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to address student needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist in progress tracking
• Participate in meetings, offer professional guidance, and contribute to staff development
