Staff Pharmacist in Cordova, TN

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a motivated Staff Pharmacist interested in working within a specialty pharmacy setting focused on hematology, immunology, and other complex infused therapies. This role seeks a pharmacist eager to develop expertise and grow professionally, with a long-term vision of potential partial ownership.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients with hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other conditions requiring infused and specialty medications.
• Manage therapy-specific treatments including factor replacement therapies, emicizumab, and a variety of subcutaneous and intravenous infusions.
• Educate patients and families on medication administration, side effect management, adherence strategies, and safe medication handling at home.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assist reimbursement specialists in navigating insurance requirements, prior authorizations, and financial assistance programs.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Tennessee (TN license required)
• Arkansas (AR) pharmacist license highly preferred or willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
• Experience with CareTend software is highly preferred but not mandatory; training is available
• Demonstrated strong work ethic, motivation, and a desire to learn and advance professionally
• Ability to manage a low volume but specialized patient caseload
