Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Possession of (or eligibility for) state licensure
- Proven ability or interest in collaborating within a dynamic school team
- Experience working with Pre-K through 5th grade students
- Familiarity with supporting students who have autism and those with diverse communication needs is highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students experiencing speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support students’ educational and communicative growth
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by state and school guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise regarding students’ speech and language development
- Engage in ongoing professional development and remain current with best practices in the field
